McDonalds Employee Spits in Costumers Drink

If an employee had spit in my drink I would be disgusted I would not eat at where it happened and I would be sick. It is good that they were charged with what they were and that they are not working at the restaurant anymore. I do not believe that the customer deserved the employee spitting in their drink. The employee is in fault in this situation under any cicumstance should an employee anywhere spit in someones food/drink.
